As of last week, the HDEC Secretariat have been unable to properly utilise the Correspondence/Notifications feature of Ethics RM in order to respond to correspondences sent through the system. We are hoping this is resolved shortly, however currently the advisors are unable to respond to messages sent this way. 

If anyone feels they need to get an answer soon, an email is welcome to be sent - however the Secretariat asks that it is indicated in the email that the original request came via correspondence to assist in the management of answering queries once resolved.
