Southern October meeting not proceeding
The Secretariat maintain a policy of at least 3 applications for a full meeting to proceed in order to respect the Committee's time. Due to a lack of applications by the cut-off and receiving under that threshold, the Southern HDEC full meeting scheduled for 10 October 2023 is not proceeding.
