The following participant information templates have received minor administrative updates:

Participant Information Sheet and Consent Form Template
Model Patient Information Sheet and Assent Form (for patients 7–11 years old)
Future Unspecified Use of Tissue Participant Information Sheet Consent Form template

These changes were to correct some missing macrons in te reo Māori words and consistently refer to 'Māori cultural support'.
